 tools are a free service to support your teachers using technology in your education. 

Because it is free we rely on users to only use

 as intended. Any misuse costs money, both in time and effort to remove offending materials as well as any actions taken against violators.

 resources free by only using them as intended. 

Privacy

All information collected for use on the 4Teachers.org site is kept confidential. No information is sold, traded, or distributed to other agencies or organizations. 

To register for some 4Teachers.org resources, students are asked to provide information that could be personally identifiable. The registration form requests first and last name as well as a username and password. It is strongly recommended that students modify this information to reduce the possibility of access by predators. Please do not provide information that discloses your personal address or other pertinent information that may be used to harm you. First initial and last name will be accepted as well as modified names approved by the teacher. 

If the 4Teachers.org team learns or suspects any of your user information is inappropriate, the

 team reserves the right to suspend access to or terminate your account, immediately and without notice, and to refuse any future use of

Everywhere

. 

Information will not be sold or contracted for solicitations. 

Students must provide their email address in order to activate their user account, but may choose to keep this information hidden from view of other users. 

Student name (as entered and abridged by the student or modified by the teacher) and user name can be accessed on the Instructor Site only through a secure login process designed to protect student identity and contact information. 

Use of Cookies

Cookies are used to track your location in this site. 

No records of individual site use or browsing preference are stored. 

No information is extracted from your computer unless it relates directly to the use of this site. 

Terms of Use

•  Items must be created for educational purposes and may be deleted if they are found to be personal or commercial.

If it is noted that a user is in violation of any federal, state, or local laws, the authorities will be contacted.
